Freshly baked pastries and breads displayed on a marble counter

Queens Village · Est. 2024

Every morning begins with something made by hand

Creole-inspired pastries, artisan breads, and a quiet corner of the neighborhood where the coffee is always fresh and the door is always open.

Our Story

Rooted in Creole tradition, baked for the neighborhood

Bakery started from a simple belief: that the best things are made slowly, with care, and with ingredients you can trust. Our Creole roots shape everything we do — from the spiced pumpkin bread that arrives at 6 a.m. to the buttery beignets folded by hand each afternoon.

We're not a chain. We're not rushing. We're a small team on Hempstead Avenue who show up every day and make what we'd want to eat ourselves. That's the only recipe we need.

Made by hand, every day

Nothing is pre-made. Nothing comes frozen. Every item on our shelves is crafted in-house, from scratch, before the sun comes up.

Creole at our core

Our heritage shapes our baking. Spices from the Caribbean, techniques from the French Quarter, and the warmth of a neighborhood table.

A place to linger

We built this space for people who want to slow down. Sit, stay, talk, read — the coffee refills itself and nobody minds if you take your time.

Stop By

The oven's on. The door's open.

We're just down Hempstead Avenue, waiting to welcome you. Come for the bread. Stay for the conversation.
